Next, your account manager, Lisa, will perform a comprehensive audit of your market area and online presence using the information you provide during the sign-up process. We take great pride in being the only marketing company that offers a unique “prove our value first” approach, allowing clients to experience our services before committing to a long-term contract. While there is a nominal monthly fee of $37.95 to cover the costs of our private server and enhanced security software provided by a trusted third party, we believe this amount is minimal compared to the immense value and results you will receive. Only when our clients see results and are highly satisfied with our services will we discuss a long-term contract to solidify our partnership going forward. Rest assured, there is never any obligation to sign a contract.
Your account information will be uploaded to The Biz Robot, where a tailored digital marketing strategy will be developed and put into action. From this point forward, The Biz Robot will automate and manage your online marketing efforts, ensuring that every aspect of the plan is implemented without delay. This will begin our “prove our value first phase,” as our team begins to work on your account at no charge to you until results are achieved.
You will receive a comprehensive report every quarter, highlighting specific changes in site traffic, keyword rankings, and domain name search results. Our detailed graphs will clearly illustrate your site’s progress. We utilize Ahrefs for analytics, allowing us to monitor your Domain Rating (DR) score to assess the strength and progress of your backlinks profile, which reflects your site’s authority.
Finally, your real estate website or page will rise in the search rankings, resulting in an average business increase of over 34%! While this process requires time, most clients experience noticeable improvements within 90 days. The most significant results typically occur between months 4 and 7, leading to a substantial increase in both client numbers and overall income. The duration of these results is influenced by market competition, the client’s existing online presence and branding prior to implementing The Biz Robot, and the number of new clients you can accommodate. We’ve even had clients request to “turn off” The Biz Robot due to an overwhelming influx of new clients each month.
