While we recognize that the service we provide can often be “game-changing” for your real estate business, we are able to deliver it with a fraction of the manpower required for traditional, non-AI strategies. During the initial “prove our value first” phase, which typically lasts between 4 to 7 months while we build your brand, we do not charge clients (aside from the monthly private server fee). Once we achieve the desired level of success, we then offer a long-term marketing contract.

Our two packages are the Platinum Package ($1785/month) and the Gold Package ($1200/month). Both provide exceptional value, with the primary difference being the level of social media marketing conducted by our team. At no point are clients obligated to sign a long-term contract. If, after several months, our team feels we’ve achieved significant results but the client is not interested in a long-term partnership, we will assess when to cease work on their account. While this scenario is quite rare, we cannot continue to provide services at no charge once results have been realized. On average, clients remain in the “prove our value first” phase for 4 to 7 months, as we understand that SEO takes time.

Additionally, we designed The Biz Robot to be an accessible marketing tool for all agents, regardless of size or budget. Please note that the monthly subscription cost of our packages will likely increase in the future, but all subscribers will be locked in at the rate they joined.
